Hey there,

I also need to update my bios. Would you plz send me the file too?

Can you provide the main page of the BIOS? We can confirm whether your BIOS needs to be updated.

Hello, my name is Romerio

I have a U59PRO mini pc. I need it to restart automatically when the power goes out, but the Bios version that came with it doesn't have this function, at least I didn't find it. I have another Beelink with this function, I believe that if I update it, it will work

That's why I'm requesting an update to be able to have this function.

Attached are photos of the bios and housing.

I'm having problems with my U59pro. It recognizes the units but does not boot. With a bootable USB it doesn't even go into the bios.
Could you provide me with the latest update to try to solve it?

Thanks and regards

Can you provide the SN code of the machine? Let us confirm the model of the machine, and then we will send you the corresponding system file. You can try to reinstall the system first.
Please try clearing coms first: please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.Please hit the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.  This is a video tutorial:https://mega.nz/file/XypwTISY#DV ... Already try all these procedures before applying for the FW.
You cannot reinstall the OS since it does not boot from the pendrive.
The M2 and the SSD are OK, it recognizes them and they can be seen in the bios menu. but when booting it indicates that there is no media present.

The SN is A51052KH20254.
Greetings and thanks
