SER6 Max 7735 HS problem with Ethernet

I've had this same issue on my first unit, and then on the second one after I got it replaced. The work around I came out with is to run a script everytime I log in that disconnects then reconnects the ethernet adapter, but the fact that I have to do that is ridiculous, and because of this issue I can't use remote desktop features.

Just wanted to say that after upgrading the firmware from v20 to v23 and running it for over a week now, this problem has been solved for me.

sorry but how you do BIOS update? don't see the option in BIOS and I downloaded it from the page but idk how to run it.

Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please make sure your WIFI signal is full.
2. Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
3. Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
4. Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other toubleshooters--- internet---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

6. Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel WiFi driver ---advanced--choose property 802 ax, value also choose 802 ax.  

7. Please clear the CMOS.  Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . 8.Please right click the windows--computer management--double click Services--①Wlan  auto config--start the service, ②WWAN Auto config ---start the service.

9.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) >  type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.
