Hello, I have a GTR7 Pro that reboots and or locks up as soon as a second monitor is connected. I've been in contact with customer support and all they can tell me is wait for updates. I have updated the system with AMDs software upgrade program and nothing has changed. When will the working units be available and how can I be notified so I can start the exchange process. I've been working from one monitor since I received this computer mid June and I cant take it anymore. I need to return for a working replacement or refund so I can buy something that actually works. Thank you. |
