Hello there,

We are still working on this issue. Just some of the PC have reboot problem.
① Please update the latest AMD driver.
② Please try to use only one RAM and one monitor. You can send the item back for a replacement after we release the working ones. They will be in stock in about 2 weeks.

One thing I noticed I normaly have the reboots and crashes when I leave my mouse/keyboard idle, like reading something, watching video and so on. It looks like it might be related to power management even though I disabled all sleep/hibernation settings from Windows and BIOS.

I've using PowerToys Awake functionality (Mode = keep awake indefinitely) for two days now and no reboots so far. Can some of you try it too? It seems to have a positive effect here. I'll keep you posted.

is that something to do with cpu usage?

I feel if it is then a script i wrote that also forces cpu all cores to remain active would do the same if its a cpu usage tool.

That's what I think. A little bit more active "anti idle" code must be executed in PowersToys Awake compared to just configuring Windows to not sleep/hibernate or setting the plan to Performance.

Let me know if it seems to improve the situation for you too.

I've not had the issue myself but i am following it closely because I'd rather be in the know and ready if i were to find it.

Não adianta atualizar Bios e nem drive amd. Eu fiz esses dois e não resolveu!

Eu fiz um teste simples no pc: coloquei um vídeo para tocar no VLC Player e depois de menos de 3 minutos o pc simplesmente, reiniciar com o drive atualizado amd.

Depois, desinstalei o driver amd e instalei o drive de vídeo básico do windows (que não é o ideal, foi apenas para teste) e o resultado é ZERO reinicialização do pc. Não ocorreu reinicialização.

Então, o problema é de driver da amd!

If it is the issue of AMD driver, we need to wait them to release the new one.
Will it reboot if you only use one RAM?

Isso tá muito complicado. Beelink informa que não sabe o problema de forma firme e clara! Beelink diz que nem todas as unidades apresentam o problemas relatados por inúmeros compradores em que o pc reinicia a todo tempo. Por que a Beelink NÃO AGE DE FORMA MAIS CLARA COM SEUS CLIENTES? A Beelink está QUEIMANDO a sua imagem. Eu tem em casa 5 pc da Beelink. Esse pc GTR7 7940HS não foi barato. Eu paguei muito dinheiro e o pc sequer pode ser utilizado. Porque a Beelink não informa logo para seus clientes que não tem solução e que o pc foi vendido com defeito e que não há solução que o cliente possa resolver e faz um RECALL desses unidades. Isso é o mínimo de uma empresa decente. Beelink fica informa que pode SER PROBLEMA DE COMPATIBILIDADE DE RAM OU A PORTA RAM.
Quando a Beelink fala que pode ser a PORTA RAM, isso é um problema séria, e, a Beelink deve saber o problema correto, mas não quer informar. Pois, pode ser questão da placa mãe e o processador, forma como foram instalados/solados.

Beelink deveria agir de forma mais clara e fazer RECALL DE TODOS OS PCS COM DEFEITO. Pois quando a Beelink AFIRMA que não são todos os pcs que estão com esse problema - a Beelink passa a idéia que sabe EXATAMENTE qual é o problema mais não quer informar.
Fazer um troca do pc é uma coisa chata para ambos, tanto empresa e para o cliente que precisa envia o pc para o outro lado do mundo China (no meu caso) pois eu resido no Brasil.
Eu decepcionado pois achei que esta comprando um pc de alto nível, mas talvez a pressa colocar para venda um pc com o novo processador amd seja o motivo de uma MONTAGEM DESASTROSA com no caso desse pc. Eu estou muito aborrecido com isso. Não poder utilizar o pc e a Beelink ficar dando respostas inconclusivas. Contudo, nesse último post acima a Beelink é firme em dizer que "é preciso enviar o pc de volta para uma substituição.
Beelink precisa criar uma "LISTA" DOS CLIENTES AQUI e os que fizeram contato por outros meios e dar PRIORIDADE a nós clientes que estamos com o pc sem poder utilizar. E, substituir PRIMEIRO os nosso pcs com defeito para depois vender para os outros. Mas, Beelink informa que levaria duas semanas para reposição. Beelink deve primeiro atenção a nós clientes com defeitos em seus pcs!!! Lamento, mas é a verdade!
