Sorry for the trouble.
May I have a picture of your SN on the bottom of the PC?
What is your BIOS version ?
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.
Please send us a picture of the Main page.

BIOS Version GTRP01_P5C6V07 (05/27/2023)
Random reboots (windows event viewer is silent, looks like power supply problem), no matter what am I doing, can reboot with 0 opened windows 10 minutes later after boot twice a day + high RAM temperature, so I am not happy with purchase...
Hope support will do something, because I have one more week for requesting a return, in case they will only ask questions :(

Same issue. Hard reboots, no blue screen, as if it was power cycled.
Emailing my info to Support.

Don't get your hopes up, I have v14 and it can't go *two minutes* without a forced reboot.

...unless I take out one of the SODIMMs, halving the memory from 32GB to 16GB. Then it appears to run fine. But as shipped with 32GB, nope... 120 seconds is all you get!
