Could you please take a picture of the BIOS main screen of your machine for us to see?

Hello there,

What is the model of your machine?

Did our after-sales staff send you the corresponding BIOS file for update?

Could you please send us a picture of  SN code at the bottom of machine ?
Here are some solutions:

①There might be something wrong with the hard ware components,maybe it is loose.

Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.Also please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/XqZX0TIR#_D ... hBpQ959cg5U3Yw4u1Cc or [https://url.bee-link.cn/AzzB](https://url.bee-link.cn/AzzB)

If it still doesn’t work, please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS, please check you can see SSD there.


② Use the ‘Windows + R‘ keyboard shortcut to launch the Run tool. Here, type ‘CMD‘ and then click on OK. Copy-paste the below commands one by one, and press Enter. You have to do this for each of the three commands. You can read about the DISM command here and what exactly it does. By the way, you need an active internet connection for the DSM command to work.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth  


Now, copy and paste the below command in the CMD window. Press Enter when done. Your system will run the System File Checker utility, which will take some time to verify the integrity of your OS. When the entire process is done, your system should now be stable and no longer encounter the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD error.

SFC /scannow

③ Reset your PC. Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair

See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

If you do not have a Restore Point, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup

Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date

Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally

If the above fails, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC

Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing

Then start the Reset

④  Please try to re-install the system. We will send you the corresponding system file after receiving your SN picture.
