To start bios update use a command prompt open as admin , in windows 11 if you follow the toutorial it ope a power shell

Thank You. Instructions worked just fine. New BIOS also fixed the Bluetooth issue that I was facing.

Hi last week computer froze and when i rebooted it did not come up, it looks like it attemps to boot up but then restarts. No image is show. Any ideas? I did not send it for a replacement earlier because could not afford to be without a computer when you suggested it...MoDEL SEI12-A-32500VKOW64PRO

I have tried unplugging and plugging again after a bit, resetting the cmos botton up front and wating a bit, trying another drive, disconnecting the battery, no luck.
