Have YOU tried disabling the UEFI Network Stack to see if it helps?

Go into bios ... Advanced ... Network Stack ... set the whole thing to "Disabled".

Then come back and tell us if it helped or not .... At least do something other than telling people to give up.

You think little old ladies are going to be disabling things in their broken computers? No, most people are just going to get a defective computer and have to deal with this rotten company. Consumer electronics need to run smoothly - you put windows on it and everything works. Average consumers aren't going to be tracking bugs and fixes. These computers should not be sold. Keep telling yourself it's something you can fix if it makes you feel better about your loss.

I tried that, did not work.
Also disabled all booting options except hard drive. No improvements

Hello,
I had the same issue of any reboot/restart would get stuck with the fan going forever but never booting. Overnight shutdown worked fine. My SER5 5560U has a fresh install of the MS 22H2 ISO of Windows 11. Disabling the "Quiet Boot" looks to work for me. "Fast Boot" was already disabled on my machine. Hopefully this continues to work. I will follow up if it fails to reboot again. Thank you, really appreciate your answer to this issue.

Installing the AMD Rhyzen update and relaunching the software going through TWO prompted restarts (the first 2 restarts will hang and you'll need to pull the power cord) after launching the AMD Rhyzen software seems to have fixed the restart problem for me.
