Hello,

I just purchased a Beelink SER5 AMD Ryzen 5 5500U mini computer from Amazon. During one of the windows update sessions it looks like my Windows 11 Pro product key was removed or wiped. I'm not exactly sure what happened but I now need the product key for this machine in order to activate Windows. I am attaching a photo of the underside of my unit which shows the serial number for the purchased unit.



Please let me know if you need any other information from me in order to provide the product key. Thanks in advance for your help.

I purchased a SER8 (1TB 32Go) with win11pro installed. But there is windows message telling that the product key is for Win Family Edition.
The consequence is windows is not activated...
