If you need to upgrade your BIOS version, you can contact our after-sales staff and they will send you the correct BIOS file and burning guide.

Update:

After having an issue with my GK55 and sending it in for a replacement, I've now received that replacement.  It came with an updated BIOS (when compared to my original GK55) and met all W11 system requirements straight out of the box.  After a clean install of Windows 11 Pro all is well.  It's running perfectly.  It's quiet, cool and very responsive.  I couldn't be happier.

I have requested and received the BIOS upgrade for my GK55 and I finally installed it a few days ago.  It flashed fine, but when I restarted the system afterward it initially did not come up.  I power cycled the unit and then it booted up fine.  Microsoft's PC Health Check reported that the computer was compatible with Win 11.  I joined the Windows Insider Program and immediately upgraded to Win11.  Everything works fine with the upgrade.  I didn't really notice any changes to the fan, but that is not a concern for me.

Thanks, Bee-Link for providing the new BIOS!

Hey slabuta. Can you help me? The instructions are not very clear. You run flash.bat at the powershell. And before, whats occurs? Is not clear. Reboot and... what. Thanks in advance...

Yes, the instructions are not very good.  Here's what I did.

Run PowerShell as an administrator.
Go to the directory you placed the files in. ie.  cd c:\Bee-Link\BIOS_GK55_Win
Run Flash.bat
Wait for the completion.
Close Powershell (exit)
Do a shutdown. (I did a reboot that did not initially work) -- EDIT - the instructions say to wait for the system to restart itself.  Try that first!
Turn on the GK55.  It should boot as normal.
You can then run Microsoft's PC Health Check (You may need to download it from Microsoft) to check on your system's compatibility with Win11.  It should now be compatible.

Then to install Win 11 there are many ways to do that.
1.  Wait for Windows Update to do it.  (Microsoft's normal rollout) or
2.  Join the Microsoft Insider Program (I used the default user type) and then manually check for updates and that will find and install Win11 as an upgrade.  or
3.  Create a separate Bootable USB drive with a Win 11 installation package.  Microsoft's website has the steps to do this.

I did procedure 2.

You might want to see this as well.

This is the second try at posting. Hopefully, this will not end up needing mediation.

The first step is to run PowerShell as an administrator. (I don't remember if there is a separate link that says that or if you right-click on the short -cut and select Run as Administrator.)
Then in PowerShell, change your working directory to where the files are that you were sent (after extracting them).  For me:   cd c:\Bee-Link\BIOS_GK55_Win
Then run "flash.bat"
Exit Powershell. (When complete)
Do a full shutdown instead of a "Restart". (But see the note below)

That's what worked for me.  Good Luck!
NOTE:   The instructions state to wait for the system to restart on its own after running the Flash.bat file.  I suggest waiting a good long time after running the flash file to see if it will restart on its own before restarting.
