it's probably my faulty biometric reader, if I disable it and put an external usb biometric reader everything works correctly and I never have problems.
now I'm resigned because beelink just pretends to be interested in the problem but does not provide any solution and the guarantee is non-existent. so I keep it like this ..

Even mine has no problems, yours is defective but Beelink pretends not to understand the demand on the warranty.

i uninstalled the drivers
I installed the suggested PA_WBFDriver_20210128
result: after 10 min. PC use without open programs, high frequency processor 3200 mhz, CPU at 18/21 watts, processor temperature 58/60 degrees centigrade (fan at maximum) memory at 45% to rise.
disabled the biometric sensor after 10 min. 1700/2100 mhz low frequency processor, 2/6 watts CPU, 28% memory
this sensor is broken!

This problem has happened before, but it provides a solution

Generally speaking, updating the driver can solve the problem

How did your driver update from the beginning? Did you uninstall and download the driver again?
Have you updated the fingerprint driver online?
Please take a look at the update method in the video, if you did not update according to this method before, please try it

but I always have the same problem, that of the photos, "internal problem"
I'm tired ... I disabled your sensor and bought a USB biometric sensor (ELAN Finger Print) and with this I have no errors or memory problems and high processor. I keep it like that.
however I can not recommend the GTR to anyone who asked me for an opinion because in the face of a defect on a new PC you give poor support and do not make the guarantee, do not propose a replacement of the defective product, just pretend nothing has happened. for this reason I have already advised against 2 of my colleagues to buy it. take your customers for exhaustion.

Should BEELINK send you an internal biometric sensor like the original for you to replace it, it would be the most logical thing to do. Do you know as a curiosity, that the government of Spain has voted that they are going to modify the law on consumer guarantees from 2 to 3 years? In other words, all products sold in Spain go from 2 to 3 years, and the spare parts for those products go from 5 to 10 years. How many years of guarantee does your country have? Greetings and encouragement !!.

good Arcane, that's right. if they were a serious company they would send me the spare part.
in Italy the warranty is 2 years as in all of Europe, and since the GTR I bought from the warehouse in the Czech Republic which is in Europe, they should be obliged to make the 2 year warranty !!! ca..o !!!
