Beelink Gt1 Wi-fi not working

yeah, maybe around 6mt/20ft... two internal brick walls in-between...  the signal is about 1/3 ... but as I said, my phone in the same position has no problem, as my other tv-set, connected with wi-fi across two walls and about the same distance...  this made me exclude problems with the router or the net itself... (do you wanna know the irony? My other tv-set is a Sony Android Smart TV, and it works like a charm. That made me willing an Android box also on the other TV! Funny, isn't it?)

Whatever! my opinion is that the chipset is not able to handle a medium/poor signal, maybe with a number of lost packets higher of what it's able to manage... maybe with some reflection from the walls... dunno... that's why I'm curious to hear someone who tested this thing in a laboratory, hopefully before releasing it to market...
I saw they changed the chipset from first versions, but this could have been done for many reasons... newer, cheaper or more available components, or even a try to solve this problem, if they recognized it...

A possible workaround, since I saw a good firmware production and release, would be to incorporate drivers for common wi-fi dongles... maybe supporting the 2/3 most common chipsets...
Does Beelink think this would be possible to help some of us? It would be a nice touch! :loveliness:

I bet even if your TV and/or Beelink box was sitting on-top of the Router, you would be still having this connectivity issue.

well, actually it 'd be difficult to try because I have no hdmi monitor closeby... can try only with tvset, but for the sake of science I could move a tvset in the same room...
... in the meanwhile I ordered a powerline set... this should definitely solve the problem... but I wouldn't call it 'a solution', just an expensive workaround that shouldn't have been necessary...
