I upgraded from 113MO via USB and this link on my A912 and now have NO SOUND.   No answer back from Beelink.  Stay at 113MO!!!!!

i tried 2 different microsoft accounts in order to download the update firmware but it says that my email is not listed. What am i doing wrong?
Second question, i am not on stock rom right now but with custom. Do i have to flash stock 6.0 and then update on firmware android 7.0?

And please answer me why i can not download on the link you are giving. Thanks

I've upgraded successfully my A912 box and I have the sound working. But the Wifi is not working : I can see wifi networks but I cannot connect to them. I'm sure I'm using the right network password.
I have Ethernet working, but some games requieres a Wifi connnection to download data (Asphalt 8)
