Your machine supports SATA hard drives, and based on the picture you sent, we can see that your other hard drive is an nvme hard drive, and the machine does not support nvme hard drives.
Can you try to see if the machine can recognize other sata hard drives?

I tried it with a borrowed ssd, it is worked.

Do you mean you have two minis, but installing your new memory in both minis cannot boot up properly?
May I ask if the machine can be boot on using its built-in memory?

Yes I do have 5 Mini S...
I have 2 new 16 GB Ram...
I will try to boot it on built in memory later...
I will update you soon...
