Could you please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC?
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please also send us a picture of the Main page on the BIOS , we will check if you need to update it .

Your machine already has the latest bios. If your machine cannot recognize the hard drive, please send your SN code and your purchase record to our email: support-pc@bee-link.com
During the warranty period we can apply for a hard drive for you

When I change my RAM to 16GB I always get a black screen...
Currently I have 8GB of RAM...

I have the same issue as everyone.
In my U59V1 the M2 ssd at yesterday has dead.
I bought a new M2 ssd.
My NVME is not recognized in the bios, so, it cannot be bootable.
Is there a way to fix the problem?

Can you send me the latest BIOS?

I attached my SN and main BIOS page.

Can you try to try another 16G memory? Will it be black screen? See if it is a problem of memory compatibility
