I have tried the drive in another device and the ssd is working is fine, it's not broken or whatsoever.
Does the drive must have someting to be properly detected during the boot? But it's weird if the BIOS does not detect it....
Just to give you more details, tried to boot using a Windows USB drive and I can boot via USB and access the drive perfectly from the unit, so to me, looks like a software issue.
The main issue is that the device cannot boot from the ssd drive by itself.
