I have the same issue as everyone. My NVME is not recognized in the bios, so, it cannot be bootable.
Is there a way to fix the problem? Already contacted support, but I hope the forum will be faster to reply...

The information of the unit is:

SN: B51052CF20529
U59PRO-E-16512SD0W64PRO-B

Current bios version is JTKT001 X64

Thanks a lot in advance for any hint to solve the problem.

Sure, find attached a picture.
I have tried the drive in another device and the ssd is working is fine, it's not broken or whatsoever.
Does the drive must have someting to be properly detected during the boot? But it's weird if the BIOS does not detect it....
Just to give you more details, tried to boot using a Windows USB drive and I can boot via USB and access the drive perfectly from the unit, so to me, looks like a software issue.

The main issue is that the device cannot boot from the ssd drive by itself.

Thanks a lot for any hint.

Your u59 pro can only recognize sata hard drives, but not nvme.
For the hard drive, you need to replace the sata hard drive to get it recognized.
