Hello, you can default your BIOS first to see if you can restore your TPM2.0.

Go to your BIOS page-----【Save & Exit】----- 【Restore  Defaults】--- Then press F4 to save.



If defaulting your BIOS can not solve this issue, we can update BIOS to have a try.

I already tried "BIOS/Restore Defaults".
I can't do anything about this case on my own.
The only solution I see is this:
"we can update BIOS to have a try"
