My current version is BIOS v37.

What I ask for is a 45W sustained TDP. It is what the 7840HS is capable of. 54W is not suitable for hours of 4K playing with many others apps in background and peripherals connected - what a PC is made for. It leads to a crash in all situations. GTR7 is a very well manufactured PC, but can't cope with long gaming sessions at 54W.

So basically i would like a 45W OEM profile in BIOS between "silent mode" (35W) and "standard mode" (54W).

Hello there,

Your BIOS is the lastest.

As for the 45W Settings you need, I have conveyed them to the relevant technical staff. Believe that they will seriously consider your needs, and then come up with a corresponding solution, but this time needs to wait.

If you have any questions during the use of the machine, please feel free to contact us.
Have a nice day!

I’ve already been in contact with them. They wanted me to send it back, so got an address from them as I bought it through them

Now i just have to wait and see what they find. Really hope they can fix it, really like the computer.

I've faced similar issues before! A few things you might try: update your graphics drivers to the latest version, and check if your CPU or GPU is overheating while playing—overheating often causes crashes. You can also verify the game files on Steam to fix any corrupted ones. Closing any unnecessary background apps could help, too, as they sometimes interfere with games. Lastly, set your PC’s power settings to “High Performance” to prevent any power-saving interruptions.

If none of these work, it might be a deeper hardware or compatibility issue. Sharing more details about your setup could help the community provide more specific advice!
