I have GTR7 with Manjaro Linux and Audio via headphone jack works perfectly fine.

I'd assume SER7 is same as GTR7 without the fingerprint button and less USB port.
Beelink GTR7 (7840HS) - Manjaro Linux
Beelink SER5 (5600U) - Manjaro Linux
Beelink GT1 Ultimate (S912) - Libre Elec TV
Beelink GT King Pro (S922X-H) - Manjaro ARM Linux

Does the sound work by itself, without any system settings?
Let's give a more detailed answer, because Linux sound does not work in ser7, about which you can find information from other users on the network

It just works, you have to believe us. I use PorteuX distro -- you can try it on a USB stick; no install is required.

But you haven't answered all the questions I made to you in my last post. It's still not clear if the sound works but the volume is too low, or if the soundcard isn't detected at all.

What's your native language?

Not sure what you mean by 'doesn't help'.

You need to be more specific about your issue.

What you want exactly? And what's happening exactly? The more information, the better.

copypast  reddit, from other ser7 user:

About a month ago I purchased a Beelink SER7 from Amazon with the idea of

using it for Steam games. I already have a Minisforum 5700G that I use that

way, and it has been very much fun, but some of the newer games are a little

too demanding (ie jerky). I have installed several versions of Linux on the

Beelink, all of which seemed to work well except for audio (no sound).

I am currently using Nobara 39 (Fedora based), and it seems around twice as

fast as my old 5700G, but still no sound. I have done a lot of searching on

the net, and found similar complaints with various Linux distribution using

the Realtek ALC897 chip. I have tried the solutions found in some of them,

but they failed to resolve the problem. The audio card seems to be found, and

a driver installed, but still no sound to my Bose Companion 2 Series II

amplified speakers using either the headphone jack on the front, or the line

out jack on the back.

I have checked for muted sound, and tried verified cables. The last step

I can find is to follow your post on installing on Ubuntu. I have not tried

this because it is not my preferred distribution, but can try it if you have

no further suggestions. I feel I am not alone in this frustrating position,

and have found the SER 7 functions very well and meets all my expectations

except for the audio issue.

Any suggestions or ideas you have in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your attention,
Same problem on Arch, I tried a lot of things (PulsdeAudio, Pipewire and a lot of kernels and configs), but the audio never wanted to work properly over the jack cable and i have no special error in the logs
