Are they the same item model ?

yes they are all Sei8 same model, with different Bios versions, the ones with 22 year works flawlessly but the 2021 date is having the issue transferring big files to my usb_c, that is what I'm thinking that if I get access to the BIOS it will get resolved if you agree, thanks again

From the SN, their BIOS are different.
So they cannot share the same BIOS.
