все выше указанные действия не помогли . периферия МЫШКА и КЛАВЕАТУРА по-прежнему не могут   пробудить компьютер из сна . где то в биос нано включить , только я не знаю где! пожалуйста помогите

Hello there,

The item model SEi 12450H doesn't support this function.  Due to motherboard  design, after the PC turns off or go to sleep, there is no power on the USB port, therefore, we are unable to wake up the PC from sleep by keyboards or mouse.  Please use power button to turn on the PC.

может дело в биос , у вас есть новый биос ?

решил проблему , подключил  usb хаб с дополнительным питанием , сам хаб запитал от блока питания 0,9 вт. теперь всё работает компьютер выходит из спящего режима .

I solved the problem, connected a USB hub with additional power, the hub itself was powered by a 0.9 W power supply. Now everything works; the computer comes out of sleep mode.
