I've had the same experience, but it was after a system update -- on reboot, no wifi, no bluetooth, no audio.

I've had the same trouble.

Solution 1: remove and insert thw wi-fi card.

Tried both these solutions, it started working again and after a couple of days went back to the same thing!

Hello, I got my replacement from Amazon Friday of last week, I set it all up and wifi was working  ...

wow, I ordered a new one because of the same problem. Not sure what to expect now. Beelink please find a solution for this. Lots of people are having this issue.

BTW: Good response of Beelink gives me confidence to buy more machines from them, even though I believe they lack in the Quality Assurance somewhat!
