Bios version 15 , aucun problème pour le moment ,mémoire ok , pas de redémarrage( mais je ne l'ai que depuis le 20 juillet)
j'ai reçu la nouvelle plaque aussi , au repos  , 2° de moins à 38° , en jeux  64° au lieu de 72° sur asphalt 9 pas encore testé sur des jeux AAA , j'ai mis des patins en silicone de 2 mn pour rehausser la base pour que l'air frais circule mieux.

BIOS V21, WIN 11. 16Gb x 2.

The problem with a sudden reboot (quite rare), with a power error(kernel-power) in the logs.
And problem with WSL2 performance and stability in docker.

The fact that you need to go to the forum, register for an account to ask for the information of the latest BIOS is a failure on this company.

v14 reboots when adding second monitor both monitors connected via hdmi and DP ports. Both ports and monitors work great independently.

I had enough with My GR9 constantly rebooting so bought a Minisforum NAB6 i7-126050H, feels just as fast (probably isn't based on spec's) and is a lot quieter.

Sorry Beelink I'm not buying any more PCs from you.

BIOS v21, I can't play even League of Legends : AMD driver freeze after less than 4 mn ingame. Same problem with Civilization VI. I upgraded previous BIOS (v13) because I had some reboot once every 8 hours of gaming... I could not IMAGINE that upgrading succefully a BIOS could led to an unusable computer...

Hope Beelink / AMD will find a solution because It really doesn't seem to be an hardware problem. More a compatibility issue between Bios and Driver.

BIOS v15 - GTR7 Pro 7940HS - Windows 10
Up until now i had now issues at all.
I haven't updated the BIOS from that Version(as you have to ask the support for that - i don't understand why they are not releasing the Version - maybe there is no check to prevent the wrong machine to install an update?)

Anyways - since the start i used 2 monitors. The only driver i updated was for the AMD iGPU - nothing else.

Today i just watched Netflix and the system rebooted twice.

I could have understand a reboot when playing Baldur's Gate 3 due to overheating or something like that...but it was just Netflix :/



Edit: replaced the RAM and NVMe - issue still occuring
It worked fine for a month without issues and now...it's happening almost every 30 Minutes or so.

Windows Event Viewer only shows: Kritisch    19.08.2023 14:11:19    Kernel-Power    41    (63) - so no BSOD just a shutdown and reboot.

Is there any news of a new bios? I would honestly love to have access to the hidden options like voltage settings and etc.

Or just the memory settings as that's what is going to affect a lot in-games. Going to DDR5-6400 would probably be a huge performance increase for the iGPU.
