GTR7 Pro VRAM size stays at 4gb

The support suggested a CMOS reset.
I did that before, but it didn't change anything.
What can i say - this time it worked. VRAM is now set to 8GB and all apps detect that and are now working correctly.

Edit: and i swear i replied to you guys before, but the forum was set to "moderation" and my posts didn't go through.
Anyways - the issue is solved now. I hope this also helps others, if they encounter the same issue.

Just turn off the device, remove power and press the CMOS Reset button. After that enter the BIOS and set you VRAM size. That's it :)

hi, is the option still available with bios v21? Because I am limited to 512mo, and impossible to change... :/
