Have you any chance of just trying other RAM modules, maybe from another unit?
Ah, nope, don't have any other compatible modules.

I have the feeling that just replacing one of the modules would make the reboots go away, I'm having the same problem and I suspect the problem comes from having slightly different timings on the modules (which BTW are overclocked).

I'm hoping someone with 2 units and a reboot problem on one of the unit tries this to confirm it.

I have two GTR7 Pros. Initially, only one of them was rebooting. I swapped the RAM modules, AC adapter, SSD from the good one to the bad one. Made no difference. Only running it with 1 RAM module made it reboot less often but it still reboots. Then, the good unit started rebooting by itself too. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.

There any reason you feel this, other than wishful thinking? Not trying to be a jerk, just wondering why you're saying this.

Also not sure why you say they're overclocked; the ram timings match crucial's sticker on the modules.

My GTR7 randomly reboots when using Windows or Ubuntu Linux (23.04 with kernel 6.4 installed). I have run memtest from the Linux grub menu and no errors are found. I'm pretty sure this is a driver issue.

I have also run memtest with no problems several times but removing one RAM module makes the reboots to go away.

Just for reference, here's the related thread directly at AMD:
https://community.amd.com/t5/dri ... /td-p/611528/page/1

While Beelink should maybe have waited a few more weeks to release the GTR7, AMD's inability to provide stable drivers appears to be the root cause for the issues. With multiple delays to the launch of Ryzen 7480/7490 chips, maybe AMD simply failed to notify partners such as Beelink when stable drivers would be ready?
