Mini S12 (N100) USB Detection Problem

hello, I sent an email to support explaining the problem with the bios mini s12 pro which I have to reset very often so that it detects my key to be able to boot on it. But no response from them yet.

Hi,

I have the same issue. My S12 Pro crashes when mounting my Terramaster D3-400 with 1x16GB drive in Debian.

The enclosure runs on USB 3.1 which would appear to be an issue with my S12 Pro and the USB 3.2 ports.

Please can you help. I don't know if a BIOS update is required.

I applied the update after which I now have the ADLNV106 BIOS version, however I still cant use certain USB devices. There was no change from before.
