Yes, I did wait longer several times. Once I let the system operate over night. The screen had not changed the next day.
I have tried both balenaEtcher and Rufus. Will try different approaches in the next days.
Secure boot is disabled as well as QuietBoot and FastBoot (both in Windows and UEFI). I have tried different Ubuntu versions as well (including 23.10).
Sadly, the outcome is always the same. I´m really not sure, what I do wrong.
Maybe I should also mention that I upgraded my Mini from 16 to 32 GB (officially not supported by the N100, but never had problems with it) and I put in a second SSD as well (512 GB, I plan to install Ubuntu on this partition). Besides these changes, I have no idea why my Mini S12 Pro could behave differently than those of others.
