You never did say what EC FW you were using. Should look like this.

Even though system is is rebooting any time temp climbs into mid 70s, I was just told not to worry as it is below 90 from support-pc@bee-link.com.  How is this okay, the system is unusable?

Can you check please the Event Viewer in Windows, press right click on start go Event Viewer, Windows Logs, Application and System, check for eventual errors on both tabs, warnings are yellow and crit errors are red. Maybe your Windows install is compromised. If would be hardware problem, mostly you would get a blue screen with a STOP error.

Thanks for guidance.  Was able to get on it and check event log.  One Critical error- unexpected reboot, no other hardware related warnings.  Then the system crashed again and cant get past bios now.

Thanks all for assistance.  Amazon is going to take it back past the return window.

I have been a big fan of Beelink and use several mini pcs on tvs steaming and for game emulation and my daughter uses one as a daily driver where she has limited foot print for a computer.    Kind of disapponted in the support they provided.  In email, the last comment I recieved was it was under 90 degrees and not to worry.  They missed the history of boot loops at lower temps.

Thanks for all the assistance in the forum, some good advice.

Did get to confirm it was a fan problem.  Had the top cover off and watched the fan stagger and stop on high load and random stalls.
