This is me after bios 1.13 and TG Kryonaut thermal compound, took some days for paste to settle down ...

What program are you using to keep track of your CPU temps? I tried using HWmonitor and it's not reading anything so I can't even establish a baseline.

ok, I was able to get HWinfo64 to give me the temps now for everything, I think. Thanks for the tip on the program. The one thing I'm curious about is when I check Memory, it shows that the Maximum Supported Memory Clock is 2400.0 MHz (while I thought the RAM was supposed to be 4800 MHz RAM as per the sale listing. Does anyone know why that is?

Is 2400X2 so 4800, if you check task manager in Windows, memory tab, there you can see the speed of memory, which is 4800 :).

I'm still experiencing an average of 71-75C during typical usage. I was hoping to maybe replace the thermal paste with something a little "beefier" that might be able to handle the load. Is there a breakdown manual somewhere to show how to take it apart and put it back together?

You can go with it at a PC service, just to be sure you won't break anything, most fragile is the SATA ribbon. Tokenquest already put some pics with tear down, you can check his replies.

~~Sounds great. How do I search for Tokenquest's replies on the forums~~ (<- trying to strikethrough)

Nevermind, I found his profile; I just couldn't find the post detailing the breakdown. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me find that post.
