I can provide you with the bios link in private message, but best is to talk to them, based on S/N ...

I'm waiting on their reply, sent a repair request and email two days ago. Not sure why they don't share the link publicly on their website.

Hey I wanted to know the process how you remove the cpu fan? I was able to tear down my SER6 Pro 7735HS but I cannot seem to remove the motherboard to flip it up even when the 4 screws are removed from the corners (I only removed the 2 memory moduels). Am I missing something?

has anyone else experienced system instabilities and lockups after adding an IDE HDD? i never did get temp data, but the system ran much hotter and would lock up on high disk access operations.  once i removed the HDD. the stability of the system has preformed as expected, again.

Hello guys,

I received latest BIOS from Support (opened ticket on site).

well here again - I have the same situation with the 7735HS replacement unit, but there was 91,8°C max. temperatures while the Cinebench 23 ran... and I have 1.13/1.15 /BIOS already...

I'm not happy with these temperatures... Cinebench_23_cpu_temp.jpg

The restarting and sent back 6800H had not such high temperatures while Cinebench ran!

That is only a spike, doesn't run constantly at that temp, no worries. These spikes are normal for laptop CPU's.
