@idblake as others have pointed out, the BIOS (at least the v1.09 version) on the SER6 PRO is locked down and limited in a number of ways; I was posting the picture to be explicit about the versions. The advanced menu does not have AMD-CBS option, it looks like the following. I've also attached photos of the Advanced -> CPU options and the Chipset -> GFX "option"

wow, compared to the SER5 5600H which is completely open, you can even brick your PC if you modify some dangerous stuff

Press the ESC key on boot not the DEL key. That gives you what you are looking for.

As I wrote before, pressing ESC either during a reboot or fresh power on is not bringing up the unlocked BIOS. The BIOS sees the keyboard well enough to respond to F7 and DEL keypresses (I'm able to go directly into the locked BIOS rather than using the bootloader to enter the BIOS), and the keyboard's ESC key is working; as soon as the UEFI BIOS hands off to my bootloader (grub), the bootloader recognizes the ESC press (and drops me into its shell, lol).

Are you sure the ESC key is the correct key for this system to get into the unlocked BIOS?

Thanks.

Perhaps some useful information instead of rehashing the same ineffective steps. (ESC doesn't work for me either, across 3 different boxes and, in my opinion, it's not a locked BIOS so much as the option just isn't there in earlier versions. A 1.09 with 'advanced' options could dispell  that, but I've not seen it yet..)
1.09 vs 1.11 (Both are SE6-Pro/6800h boxes)

(Note the missing 'GFX Configuration' item in 1.09 vs. 1,11)
Desired functionality from a 1.11

1.09 Model: SER6 PRO-E-32500EJ0W64PRO-V12, S/N: 6800H3DG00004

(I noted that the model differences where a little curious but the serials being so vastly different is probably significant of changes during manufacturing.)

On the SER 5 5560U the ESC key works to enter extended BIOS and DEL key shows all the locked items you are showing. There is a key combination for your PC, I am sorry it's not ESC key. You will need to try to contact support. Good luck.

[Solved]

With the help of the awesome Beelink support person Jackie (after coming in off of their Nation's multi-week holiday), they provided a download to the complete 32MB v1.11 BIOS which works on both SER6/SER6Pro boxes. I have flashed one SER6 and will be flashing my other SER6 Pro this weekend, but so far it has added the GFX configuration setting and allows me to configure the GPU's memory allocation up to 8GB.

Awesome job, thank you!

I'm having the same problem. My BIOS 1.11 is closed and I can't change it.
The Support page is not loading for me.
Could you send me the BIOS?

I have BIOS 1.09 and EC FW Version 1.11. I would like the ability to change the VMA frame buffer size to 8G. I contacted beelink support via email and after 7 days they just asked for a screen shot of my BIOS version. I replied and they just ghosted me. Here is the screenshot.
