I updated to V11 bios as guided by your support team. The issue still exists.

Soon as Windows 11 goes into sleep mode. The PC fan runs at full speed.

Hello there,

It is recommended that you try to adjust the fan speed.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS--Advanced---AMD CBS--SMU COMMON options---fan control----Choose manual---fan table--- manual -- adjust the temperature.

Then you can set corresponding data, such as below data.

[Fan off temperature limit] : 35

[Fan start temperature limit] : 40

[Fan full speed temperature limit] : 90

[Fan start PWM] : 65

Have a nice day!

Why is this setting needed when the fan speed only goes up in Sleep mode?

No there are no external devices connected.

Also under BIOS settings (fan control) i do not see the following options:

[Fan off temperature limit] : 35

[Fan start temperature limit] : 40

[Fan full speed temperature limit] : 90

[Fan start PWM] : 65

I only have options for Low / Med / High temperature, critical temperature and Low / Med / High PWM.

Hello there,

Do you use HDMI splitter?

As for the fan speed control, you can adjust it to Low temperature.
