Do a google for Fraunhofer Multichannel Playback Test. You can probably do 5.1 but you wont be able to get Encoding to work like Dolby and DTS. Without encoding you miss spatial sound and all of the magic that makes home theater sound great during a movie.

Hook up to an AV receiver ... then go into Control Panel (not Settings) then into Sound.
Highlight the AV receiver on the list... then click Properties ... you will find a tab for Supported Formats ... which will list what you can send to it.

Now that does not automatically mean that you will get all those formats for everything you play ... For example Stereo sources will still play as Stereo, etc.  You will need a decent media player like MPC-BE (google it) and you will need to set up a "pass through" for those formats in the player itself before it's going to work.

This will play any source your AV receiver and media player can agree on.

Now when you play a Dolby or DTS (etc) source it should work.

Accent on "should" ...

If you are using spyware to install drivers then you obviously don't have any idea what you are do ...

lol, you have no clue what you are talking about, the driver is just a .inf and a bunch of file. have you ever tried drivereasy? Driver Identifier is the same, it will just show you the latest driver from asus/intel/dell/hp/etc that you can download from the own manufacturer sites.

Just an inf file? Since drivers can access the core of a device's operating system, or kernel, Microsoft requires that all drivers are digitally signed, proving that they are safe to use. But if an existing, digitally-signed driver has a security hole, hackers can exploit this and gain direct access to Windows.

I had the same SER5 Pro with 5600H.
I made a clear install of win11 and windows update take care of installing this driver. I only had to install AMD adrenaline to get drivers for the chipset.
