Es muy, muy molesto tener que hacer un hard reset cuando sale una actualización, y tener que reconfigurar todo sistema a como era antes. Hay que probar bien las actualizaciones antes de sacarlas, porque veo que últimamente salen con muy poco tiempo y todas con errores.

My GT King Pro has current firmware 914PO and my box serial numer is SB9HH0BH90484. The last time I updated was back in December 2020 (using USB stick method). I have never received or used any OTA update since I bought my GT King Pro so I was surprised to see today that there is this version available in Settings > System:

Version number: galilei-userdebug 9 PPR1.180610.011 20210448 test-keys_20210428-0956

Version size: 672.86MB

Release date: 2021-04-28

^^ What firmware version is this? Is this safe to download and install? Because there are lots of reports that the OTA update causes a black screen --- do I just ignore this OTA update?

Hello again.

As follow -up to my post above, I went ahead with the OTA update. And I am pleased to report that it went well.There was a reminder regarding bluetooth and remote control at the beginning. I do not have any bluetooth devices connected to my setup so I just used the remote to click the BACK ARROW. After that, everything is OK. My system now shows 918PO_wol_bt. I am dual-booting to CoreELEC (which is actually my main system) and that is OK, too. I notice the booting to Android is a bit faster now. Good job, Beelink!

Hello, I have made all kinds of changes and tests, reinstalling the system from scratch, and installing several web browsers ... Google Chrome, Opera browser, Brave and Firefox and in all of them it gives problems when playing online videos. Youtube, or twich if it plays, but not any other page, for example Mitele.es, Photocall.tv etc ...
In another tvbox with AndroidTv if it plays them online video without problems.
The browser versions are all updated to the latest version.

I have verified that after restoring GTking-Pro and using Google Chrome if online video is played, but only in Chrome, in other browsers it still does not play it. But when google chrome is updated to the latest version it stops playing online video.

There is some type of incompatibility that I am not aware of with the latest versions of web browsers, I don't know if it is flash or another complement, you should check it and see what it could be ...

Hello. Viewing online video with the web browsers I mentioned in the previous message has always worked well. I quite frequently consume online video content on websites like the ones I showed you previously and on many others, and GTKing Pro never gave me problems of this type, until I had the 918P0 update installed.
