Hello Freddie, I could really use your help if you really have ubuntu machines running. I have an SER5 and have changed every setting and bootloading, etc.. and I can definitely install Ubuntu, but I can find no way to get it actually boot without it simply going to the UEFI screen. I have turned off security settings, I have changed every available option I can find and it just won't see the drive.
Oddly enough, I was able to get TrueNAS to boot and it would recognize THAT on the drive - but will not recognize any ubuntu linux installations I am trying. Do you have any thoughts... what did you do to have it boot off the nvme drive? |
