I already flashed the rom on my box. Everything works fine except WiFi and Bluetooth can not be turned on. I tried to turn on them many times. They can not be turned on at all. What's the problem and how to fix them?

If you have updated the latest firmware and still cannot turn on the WIFI and Bluetooth, please contact your seller for replacement. After the replacement period, please contact our after-sales personnel, and we will arrange a repair for you.
If the version firmware still shows 913P0 after the update, you may not update correctly, and the update failed, please try to use an SD card or burn the firmware via USB
I emailed support-box@bee-link.com to ask for assistance because this forum is not so helpful. Thank goodness they responded and gave me an alternative way to update the firmware on my TV box. They said to copy the contents of the sd_card folder into a USB stick and attach it to the GT King Pro. Then go to the app LOCAL UPDATE > click SELECT > select the galileo zip file (inside the sd_card folder in the USB stick) > click UPDATE > in the next dialog, click UPDATE once only > wait for the copying and updating to finish > Done!
The above method worked and the new firmware improved my wifi issue. It is still not up to maximum bandwidth but better than my previous experience.
MY HOME WIFI = 20 Mbps
BEFORE (913PO firmware): I can only get 1.5 Mbps on my GT King Pro, but my phone is getting 20 Mbps from the same location
NOW (914PO firmware): GT King Pro can now get up to 7.5 Mbps

The method worked and the new firmware improved my wifi issue. It is still not up to maximum bandwidth but better than my previous experience.
