bluetooth issues

My GTR doesn't have a 2.5 inch hard drive in it and it has bluetooth range problems. I only have two m.2 drives in it.

Bluetooth has always been kind of crappy, I hardwire everything to my GTR.

Could Beelink let us know where the bluetooth antenna is located on the GTR?

Please note that if you swap the position of the line and cause damage to the machine, it may affect the warranty. I suggest you contact the seller to check if it can be replaced first

i have no intention of pulling my system apart on a wild goose chase. I would imagine you have plenty of systems to test these issues with. use your own test machines and let me know or better yet send me an external bluetooth dongle as clearly there is a design fault.

Since the Bluetooth of our machine is normal, it is difficult for us to test your problem. I suggest you contact the seller to replace it

I'll open mine up and investigate and try to take good pictures. Judging by your pictures, it looks like the bluetooth antenna is stuck (adhesive) to the underside of the lid. Maybe I have to aim the GTR to get good bluetooth range.

I mean, bluetooth works and it works good within 15 feet of the device, but after that, there are issues.

The wifi seems to work very good (with my limited testing).

Bluetooth works fine for me. I only use it with the keyboard and zero problems. Anyway, note that this computer bluetooth is not for long distances, if not to use products in the same room as the computer, mice, keyboards, headphones and little else, it is not used for anything else, and of course it does not have for long distances.
