I'm having the same problem
Since I did the updates it gives me the same wireless problem

I would like to ask what do you mean by "update"? Did this issue occur after the update? Could you be more specific?

My wifi speed also very slow ( SN: SA9HH ---) since first day I purchased it. I have updated the GT King Pro OTA via LAN cable to the latest firmware (dated 20july 2020), but the slow wifi problem still the same.
I have tried all channels on 2.4GHZ (only channel 1 &11 can be detected) but very slow speed (almost 0 kbps, around 0.1-0.5 kbps upload/ download), while on the same location my old Minix U9-H with wifi2.4 Ghz could reach 20-30mbps).
I even tried all the security settings on my router (WPA, WPA2,etc), but the result is about the same.
When I set to wifi 5 Ghz (My GT King Pro only detected channel 153,157,161). channel 153 & 157 speed: 1-3 Mbps download/upload, while channel 161 speed: 10-18mpbs download/upload.
the biggest problem with wifi 5Ghz.is very short distance compare to 2.4 GHZ.. so most of my devices I use 2.4GHZ,  but GT King PRO wifi 2.4 GHZ speed is almost 0 Kbps. Please help regarding this issue. thanks

Have you tried flashing the firmware again? Hope you can give it a try, the following is the forum link for firmware

yesterday I  tried reflashing 912PO using USB burning tool but result on the wifi 2.4ghz is stil the same(very slow speed) and  not stable. the signal sometimes show up around 90% signal bar but suddenly signal could disappear..On the same spot  I tried my cheap $30 STB, the  wifi 2.4ghz can perform stable with decent speed (2-4mbps) & my Minix u9-h speed could perform around 20mbps. please request attention to the 2.4 wifi signal stability & speed for the coming firmware update.  thanks

just realized the slow wifi problem happens worst when i place the gt king pro veryically ( for example router on 2nd floor, the gt king pro on 1st floor), if the router & gt king pro were place horizontally (eg. both router n drvice on same 2nd floor), the wifi 2.4ghz will get better speed around 2-3mbps. so, i think the wifi chip in gt king pro perform much weaker on vertical level even the signal is 90%
