To my knowledge you won't find it on the likes of the Playstore. You got options for getting it tho...

1) There is a thread over at Freaktab with a bunch of launchers this one included. Just google LightHome and freaktab and you will find the latest download link.

2) You can extract it from one of the firmware updates posted in the download section here. Not the OTA you will need to pull it form the full .img updated file.

3) Or you can download the copy I pulled from my box yesterday when we were discussing this.

From reading the freaktab thread, expect some bugs if you install this on non beelink hardware.

SPMC works like a charm. I'll have to test the settings for dts, but i'll figure it out
