I also purchased the GT-King box.
I am running Tivimate and it crashes exactly like yours does. I cannot believe that Beelink has not fixed this issue yet. I see its been an ongoing issue for some time.
Steps to reproduce issue:
1. In Tivimate, Go to the channel guide and select groups. Arrow down to a specific group and TVM immediately crashes.
2. In Tivimate, Go into a group and page down the channels. Exactly every crash will happen on the third page of channels in a specific group.
I have also experienced the same issues when using other players.
This is a total deal breaker for Beelink products.
My problem is that it is too late to return the box to Amazon. Anyone want to buy a GT-King? :(
My thinking is that this is a database issue and that for some reason it corrupts. However, Because this issue is not resolved yet by Beelink I have to assume they are not that interested in fixing it. I dont think anyone should have to wait this long for such a major problem to be fixed. This has got to hurt sales. Who wants a box that crashes all the time and you cannot browse the channel guide or groups??
I do have one question: How do I view/save the logs to identify the crash? I am very experienced in I.T. and Linux and want to dig into this a bit more before I just go get another box and write off Beelink.
