BLUETOOTH RANGE

Hi, I have now tried having a USB 3 device connected and USB 2 Cable or USB 2 key connected in the other USB 3 port and Bluetooth range is fine, but once I leave one or two USB 3 devices Bluetooth range is horrible again so not sure if it might also be a driver/software issue

I just got my GT King yesterday and the Bluetooth range is too short with my RII 8 controller.
More importantly, the navigation bar will not appear no matter the research I have done. I'm starting to regret not buying another box. The allure of owning a GT King B922 got the best of me. I have an RKM and a Quintaix and these were definitely worth the $$$, hopefully the GT King can get the firmware issues fixed. Good luck to all owners of the GT King hope we don't have to RMA it.

USB 3.0 will interfere with the Bluetooth signal, this is a problem with the data transmission protocol; but generally us usb3.0 devices, such as u disk or hard disk will have a metal casing, shielding, it is recommended to use the metal casing of usb3.0 Set, or use foil to wrap the usb3.0 peripheral connected to the box.

Bluedio T3 with a wild thrash, can't connect for a long time, if success hangs everything!!! Smart You Tube and IPTV stop playing, rebooting the box does not help, only turning off the ears :curse:

Just for curiosity, why when I connect a usb 3 device together with a usb 2 device or cable the Bluetooth is fine or let us say less issues, does it mean that a usb 2 device cancels out usb 3 interference ?

By the way my usb 3 haddrive is in a ORICO USB 3 enclosure which is a metal grill on both sides but with a plastic outline but I asssume the grills shield the interference and I have a Mini Samsung 128gb USB 3.1 flash drive also with issues and can't really shield with foil its too small, but if I use any of the mentioned usb 3 devices with a usb 2 device in the other usb3 connector then bluetooth is fine which is a bit strange. Thanks

Bluetooth is very weak, 3 kinds of Bluetooth headphones, the problem is interrupted signal even in the line of sight of 3 meters

I recently owned a GT-King. My remote control also worked at a maximum distance of 0.5m. As per your tips I connected the BT dongle to a 1m USB extension cable. Subsequently, the remote operated at declared distances.

I had the sam problem.
In my case was a manufacturing defect (see pic). The antenna was incorrectly glued/fixed, it was rotated by 180 ° and the hole for the power led was drilled in the land/duct.
The antenna's was so positioned behind alu-housing and can't work correct.

I mowed it only 180°, because the position of antenna is than behind the plastic front cover an can so emit

Dear Beelink manufacturer, you owe me an antenna body !
