I installed using SD card, however after reboot(restarted by it self) i'm stuck at boot logo page. tried to reset but nothing happened. any suggestions?

Yes, it is generally not recommended to update the firmware. If the machine is not working properly, you can try to update this firmware.

Any news about ROM update for TV boxes which S/N code starting with 95X2?
The worst thing about latest ROM is when it comes from suspend mode ethernet stops working. Workaround is to reboot tv box completely, but it's really annoying. Thanks. :)

Has this box model been abandoned? Why is it there are no Android 9 updates available? And no updates since may, while other models have been updated multiple times since then. The hardware should be more than capable of an update.
