GT1 ULTIMATE - UPDATE FAILED

Hi, I just did a system update and now GT1 box cannot start. Tried to use the pinhole to reset. No reaction. Screen is blank. What should I do now?

Thanks for feedback that it's OTA. Mine is GT1_312MO firmware MHC 19J.20170405.134038

OTA update ...

I did not modify anything. Just plug in brand new and did the OTA update and it failed. But don't know if the modification matters or not.

How to do the "factory reset" if the device don´t boot??

My supplier said this to me "dear friend
we have ask them (Beelink), they told us the system is can not update as usual, once you update it, it will damaged,so hope you understand.maybe you can have a new order
best regardes"

Can anyone verify? Especially representatives from Beelink.
