When flashing firmware, and afterwards you have no WiFi support. This is a perfect red flag that the firmware package you've flashed with was NOT the correct package for the box one has.

I changed the usb port used from the computer. After waiting seconds at 7% it progressed again.
I think that as metioned above the USB port and USB cable may have an impact

i try 100 different combinations:
- all PC USB ports
- different USB Cables
- different firmwares
- with 'Reset button', on power plug in and without
- with (power plug and usb cable) and (only usb cable)

everytime the upgrade stops at 7% (in all combinations) with the same error :
'[19:07:02 976][HUB3-3][Err]--[0x30201004]UBOOT/Disk initialize/Send command/Error result'

Have you tried with ' Erase flash ' feature enabled, and select ' Normal erase ' and ' Erase bootloader ' under ' Configurations ' settings?
