Amazing BT3 PRO

There is a problem with my BT3 pro windows 10 home edition activation. I am receiving an error message saying that the windows key I have is invalid. The Microsoft help desk searched the registry and found this Windows Key but said that it is invalid and that I should contact you for help with this issue.

Can you please help. This product has windows 10 pre-installed so I don't
have a disk or license key.

PLEASE, I NEED BT3 PRO BIOS AND DRIVER FILES. I CANT FIND THEM ANYWHERE ON THE SITE. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED. THANK YOU.
