When I downloaded the Beelink shared version of this utility... I'm pretty sure that when I've installed it, it had the license directory with that mac_wifi.ini file inside. However, if you not seeing this file or even the license directory under this utility installed location. /Program Files/ or /Program Files (x86)/ under 64bit version of Windows. This is why you having an issue having the Beelink box detected.

I can not find any "beelink shared" USB Burning Tool anywhere. Is there a link for that? I believe the version I'm using(USB_Burning_Tool_v2.0.5.15-build8) is the correct one but there is no grid view on the device listing of Burning Tool either.
This thing worked only once with no problem and I've tried to flash the device with GT1_312M0_20170504 just like @UNCENSORED. After that it didn't work and the device can not be detected by windows even if I use the same version of the Burning Tool.
