Yes.  Unlike most Nougat ROMs, you can edit the remote.conf on this one to get the OEM remote to work.

I bought a Beelink GT1 Ultimate with serial G912GSJH60035 32G, but I'm not sure which of its ROMs I can install.

This custom ROM was compatible with all the known DRAM and wireless chipset configurations at the time of its release, so it should work on your GT1 Ultimate.  It worked on mine, which also started with G912.

Today I posted updates for both Android TV and non-ATV variants for the GT1 Ultimate LPN1:

Note that this is only compatible with devices supported by the underlying GT1_710N1 firmware from Beelink.  I don't have all GT1 hardware variants, but I have been able to confirm that it doesn't work with the original GT1.
