Before CPU 36.3C-85.4C, After 34.6C-83.6C
Before GPU 36.5C-83.0C, After 34.8C-81.7C

Use IC diamond thermal paste i was hitting 92c before now it wont go above 88

Just a small uncooked grain of rice size and dont pull the cooler up to check, try IC diamond paste it will be good for years withiut pump out effect, i now get 88c max fully loaded benchmarks

What thermal paste to choose, decide for yourself, see the reviews. When disassembling a PC, be very careful.

Do I need the newer bios for my unit in the USA just to update, or is there a particular reason to be
changing it from version 1.11 shipped installed?

How about the 7735HS graphic drivers update from last month, is that useful to install?
