Making a Windows 11 Pro reinstall USB

Good Morning, please help me with a link to download and create the Windows Pro Reinstall USB. I have a U59 Mini Pc. Serial number U59PRO-E-16512SD0W64PRO-BW6.

The reason for the request is I am having problems after installing the Latest Windows 11 Update 24H2 as I cannot use my keyboard and mouse after installation so I would like to be safe and download the Windows Pro Reinstall USD.

I have a U59 Mini Pc. Serial number U59PRO-E-16512SD0W64PRO-BW6.

note: I had to go into recovery mode 2 times after the update as neither USB or Bluetooth mouse and keyboard had no response after the windows 11 update.

Pease try to do the reset the PC.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot -- Advanced Option ---Uninstall updates--uninstall latest quality update--restart the PC
