SER8 cpu fan speed

Dear Support,

Can you please make the CPU fan adjustable from BIOS? It would be great because now it never stops.

It is recommended not to stop the fan. If it stops, it will easily overheat, which may cause damage to the CPU.

I don't want to stop the fan, I just want to set the fan curve other way. The CPU is 30C cool, and the fan still doesn't turn off. Anything I change in BIOS, it has no effect.
I have another a SER5 MAX, too, in SER5 BIOS, these settings work fine and I can fine-tune the fans, in SER8 BIOS, this completely doesn't work.
Can you please fix it?

I try again. BIOS v029

Advanced > Smart Fan Function > Cpu Fan Setting:
- Full On Mode: works fine, CPU is always at maximum speed
- Automatic: doesn't work, anything I set has no effect
- PWM Manually: doesn't work, anything I set

Advanced > OEM Features Management > Usb Power Controller

No matter what I set here, USB is always ON, when shut down, when in S4 or S5, all the time.

Can you please forward these two bugs to the firmware development team? They can check it and can confirm that this is indeed not working. It would be an easy fix.

The BIOS needs fixing for those who do not run Windows - SpeedFan is not an option for me.

Unless you can suggest an alternative for when using Linux instead? Thank you
